Hospital Linen Liaison
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary: Responsible for THL customer service to the hospitals we serve, including addressing customer-related issues, educating customers on linen utilization, conservation and effective cost savings techniques that minimize waste and keep linen in rotation, and overall ensuring of a healthy relationship between the company and our hospitals.

Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
Reasoning Ability: Apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with nonverbal symbolism (e.g., formulas and equations) in difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

Must be a social person, loves people, is genuinely outgoing and an extravert. Speaks well, confident communicator. Able to conduct meetings with all levels at the hospital, from C-suites to Linen Techs. Bold and confident enough to walk into a room of strangers and address problems with tact and poise. Not afraid to get their hands dirty and jump in to work alongside hospital staff, perform a trash audit at the hospitals, and to work soil sorting at the plant.
Computer Skills: Personal computer, proficient in Microsoft Outlook and professional email etiquette and composition, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ability to learn linen management software, utilize it and teach others how to use it.
Certificates and Licenses: Must have and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License with clear driving record.

- Regularly required to help customers with organization of linen, which requires lifting, bending, twisting, reaching and carrying stacks of linen to move to a different location, including overhead storage spaces, and pushing/pulling heavy carts of linen.

Maintenance Tech
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary: Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on THL equipment and facilities to ensure maximum uptime for production while preserving safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- When breakdowns occur, performs quality corrective repairs to THL equipment and systems in the fastest way possible while maintaining safety and long term functionality.
- Responds promptly to equipment service calls.
- Performs preventative maintenance on machines and systems, adhering to a PM schedule and completing assigned daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual PM tasks to ensure proactive, predictive maintenance on machines to improve uptime.
- Coordinates maintenance and repairs with the production team to ensure necessary work is performed on machines in a way that minimizes production downtime and product loss.
- Responsible for assisting in the installation and/or coordination of installation for new equipment, systems and special projects or construction.
- Helps keep accurate parts inventory records as parts/supplies are used for repairs. Reports inventory needs to Shift Supervisor or Chief Engineer so low inventory can be replenished to contribute to timeliness of repairs.
- Keeps required activity and repair logs, maintenance programs, and other assigned records to ensure organized, timely and thorough maintenance operations and procedures.

Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Touch-screen computer systems and computerized operating screens utilized on various equipment throughout the plant. Daily use of assigned iPad required to log repairs, input data for reports, maintain inventory, and follow PM schedule.
Machine Skills: Diagnostic equipment, electrical meters, hand and power tools, light and heavy industrial equipment and devices, forklift, scissor lift.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary: Responsible for the cleaning and basic upkeep of the various areas and structures within and around the THL facility in order to ensure a clean, orderly and safe working environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Performs various job functions and tasks assigned to ensure the effective cleaning of the THL facility and grounds per organizational, industry and infection control standards.
- Uses appropriate cleaning, disinfecting and stain removal techniques to hygienically clean all applicable assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, handles, windows, structures, screens, and all other required parts in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs basic cleaning of machines and workstations, including blowing out/off equipment and wiping down to ensure proper infection control along with preservation of equipment.
- Follows cleaning schedule to ensure the systematic, ongoing, regular cleaning of all required areas and duties.
- Removes trash in accordance with established procedures.
- Takes a proactive approach and assumes responsibility for ensuring cleanliness in the plant.
- Keeps designated areas such as bathrooms and breakrooms stocked with required supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer and trash bags.
- Maintains adequate inventories of needed supplies and reports when more is needed.
- Provides blow-down assistance as necessary during scheduled blow-down times.
- Follows all safety practices and helps to maintain a safe, healthy environment.
- May be required to perform basic preventative maintenance and service of designated equipment.
